1. How long will it take to receive my rack?
Our racks have an approximate 5-week lead time for delivery, shipping direct from our factory in China. From the time you place your order it takes about 1 week for the factory to receive the order, pack and ship it. Tracking will be emailed to you once the product has cleared customs.
2. How easy are the racks to assemble?
This rack system is super-easy to assemble, and ships complete with all the tools needed, including a rubber mallet. You will use the mallet to safely snap together the frame one level at a time. So easy, even a 9 year old child can put it together in less than 30 minutes!
3. Does my Rack come with bins?
Yes, unlike other manufacturers, our racks ship with the bins included.
4. Can I order a unit with additional levels?
Yes, each additional level has a cost of $120.00 (bins included). Once you are ready to place your order please contact us for assistance.
5. Are there any other rack configurations, color options, accessories available?
At this time, we offer only the Juvenile and Hatchling models. We will expand our line in the future to include other complete sets as well as parts and accessories to customize your own system.
